We are working on a confidential LLM-based Startup Project and are looking to collaborate with skilled, passionate developers who are excited to build real-world AI products. This is a confidential project. Full details will be shared after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Who we’re looking for:
Full-Stack Developer (preferred)
Front-End Developer – strong UI/UX skills to design a clean, intuitive user interface
Back-End Developer – solid experience in APIs, server-side logic, and scalable system design
Required skills and experience:
A solid understanding of deep learning and natural language processing (NLP), along with familiarity with tools and techniques used in large language model development.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Model training and fine-tuning using Python
Inference backend development with C++ or Rust
Web app or UI integration with JavaScript, TypeScript, and especially Rust
Scalable infrastructure engineering using Go or Java
Must Preferred programming languages: Python and JavaScript
Additional skills we value:
Experience working with multiple LLM providers and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
Designing modular, API-driven systems for prompt management and routing
Familiarity with caching strategies (e.g., Redis) to optimize repeated requests
Prompt engineering and output evaluation techniques (BLEU, ROUGE, or custom scoring)
Understanding of LLM cost modeling and token efficiency
Load balancing or logic-based decision routing for model selection
API security and rate-limiting techniques
Observability and monitoring experience using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
Containerization and deployment using Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
